• If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 30 days after you have completed the refund request form and provided any necessary proof of rejection, if applicable.
• By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you will not request a chargeback under any circumstances.
• Refunds for payments received will be issued via a company check. The refund check will be made payable to the person listed on the order form and mailed to the address provided on the order form.
